· Experienced in handling end-to-end HR functions right from strategizing and creating the policies and procedures to its effective implementations. Significant experience in managing a wide spectrum of human resource management functions entailing talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, reward and recognition, employee engagement, staffing, manpower planning, rationalization, competency mapping, employee relations, etc.

· Proven skills in managing Industrial Relations and leading the HR team at various manufacturing locations. Successfully signed 15 LTS of Permanent Workmen and Contract Workmen.
